SONDOS CELEBRATES 50th RELEASE
New Jersey, U.S.A. – Subliminal Records is proud to announce the upcoming 50th Release from Sondos, its tribal sub-label. The honor of this milestone release goes to Saeed Younan, whose track “Rock The Rhythm” exemplifies the sound and quality that is Sondos.
Saeed, a veteran of house music and of Sondos (he previously remixed Thick Dick’s “Tweakin”), is happy to be part of one of his favorite labels. “To be an artist that can release something on a favorite label is a great feeling all around,” he said. “I'm just happy to be back doing something original this time around.”
“Rock The Rhythm” comes with the Original Mix and a remix by DJ Wady. Another driving tribal monster for Sondos. Saeed delivers with his own special style of mixing tribal with tech house and a sprinkle of tech trance. This one can be played across the board. It has it all: funky bass line, jackin’ vocals and a melody you won't be able forget. DJ Wady makes this track even more tribal with his addition of Latin-like percussion spicing up this track for the outdoor crowd. He breaks it down for the beach crowd, bringing back memories of the not so long ago hot, sweaty and sexy summer. This track is typical of Saeed. “I dig all type of ass-shakin' funk driven', tribal bouncin' beats,” he said. “I feel those are the main ingredients for solid groove-rich tracks.” Street date March 18 2005
